Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Early Shout, including its quizzes, predictions, leaderboards and Player Market game.

1. Who provides Early Shout
Early Shout is an independent digital football-knowledge game operated by the individual founder of Early Shout, at Belgium. Contact the operator at hello@earlyshout.com. Early Shout is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, club, player, governing body or data provider.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 to create an account. If the law where you live requires parental or guardian permission, you must obtain it. You must provide accurate account information, protect your login details and use only accounts you control. Early Shout is not currently marketed to children under 16.
3. The Player Market is a game
Market Credits and Early Shout player prices exist only inside the game. They are not money, securities, investments, shares, betting products, transferable property or official player valuations. Credits cannot be bought for cash, withdrawn, exchanged for money or transferred between users. Early Shout does not promise a financial return or prize.
4. Fair play and user-provided names
You may not exploit bugs, automate play, manipulate results, create deceptive accounts, interfere with other users or attempt unauthorised access. Usernames and private-league names must not impersonate another person or organisation, disclose personal information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or contain unlawful, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit or seriously abusive material. We may rename, hide or remove such content, reverse clearly erroneous game transactions, restrict features or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users and game integrity. 5. Game changes and availability
Early Shout is in pre-launch testing. Rules, player availability, prices and features may change. Verified data may arrive late or be corrected. Prices freeze when required evidence is unavailable. We may pause processing to prevent duplicate or inaccurate movement.
6. Founder beta benefit
Users who explicitly enroll through the Founder Beta page while enrollment is open are eligible for 12 months of Player Market access without an access fee if and when paid Player Market access launches. Eligibility is recorded against the enrolled account, is non-transferable, has no cash value and may be revoked for fraud, abuse or serious fair-play violations. Enrollment does not start a subscription, require payment details or authorise automatic renewal. If a paid launch never occurs, no monetary substitute is owed.
7. Content, data and intellectual property
Early Shout software, original design, copy and game methodology are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Factual text references to football competitions, clubs and players do not imply endorsement. Football data is supplied by Sportmonks; Early Shout independently creates its fictional prices, game rules and rewards. Early Shout is not endorsed by Sportmonks, any league, club or player. Football data can be incomplete, delayed or corrected and remains subject to applicable third-party rights and provider terms. Do not scrape, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit Early Shout content or catalogue data without permission. Rights holders can report a concern to hello@earlyshout.com with the work or right concerned, the page URL and contact details.
8. Advertising and sponsors
Paid messages and sponsor-supported content will be clearly identified. A sponsor supports the stated placement or experience but does not control quiz answers, player ratings, prices, rankings or game outcomes. Links to sponsor websites lead to third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices. Early Shout does not imply a league, club or player endorsement unless it has written permission to make that claim.
9. Acceptable liability limits
We provide the pre-launch service on an “as available” basis. Beta data, rankings, availability and game values may contain errors and must not be relied on for financial, betting, employment, scouting or transfer decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
10. Ending use and changes
You may stop using Early Shout or request account deletion at any time. We may update these terms when the service or law changes and will identify the update date. Material changes will be communicated appropriately before they take effect.
11. Law and disputes
Belgian law applies, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Belgian and EU consumers retain access to any courts or remedies provided by mandatory law.
